Charter:

The Racial Justice Committee ensures the Alliance and its partner agencies intentionally address systemic racism and equity through education, advocacy and social action. The Committee’s work will: Advance racial justice and equity for the Black, Indigenous, Latinx/Hispanic, mixed status communities and Other People of Color (BIOPC) the partner agencies serve; Influence the ethos, practices and leadership structures of the Alliance and its partner agencies; and Inform and transform public policy regarding racial justice and equality.
